SIZES: 1 (2, 3, 4): Child (Teen/Adult SM, Adult M, Adult L)
NOTE: The mitts are designed to be knit with 1” / 2.5 cm of negative ease.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
Palm/Wrist Circumference: 5.25 (6, 6.75, 7.75)” / 13.5 (15, 17, 19.5) cm
Long Mitt/Forearm Circumference: 6.75 (7.75, 8.5, 9.5)” / 17 (19.5, 21.5, 24) cm

YARN: Miss Babs Laurel Falls (sport), 300 yards /100 g (275 m); 100% Superwash Shaniko Merino Wool – all sizes can be made with one skein.

YARDAGE: Short Length: 90 (115, 140, 165) yards
Long length: 140 (175, 200, 235) yards

NEEDLES: US 3 (3.25 mm) DPNs OR size needed to obtain gauge. Magic loop or two circulars may be substituted.

GAUGE: 28 sts and 39 rnds per 4”/10 cm (7 sts and 9.75 rnds per 1”/2.5 cm) in Stockinette Stitch

NOTIONS: stitch markers, tapestry needle

SAMPLES:
Sample #1: Size 4 Long pair of mitts with was knit in Miss Babs Laurel Falls Sport in the Valiant Grapes colorway using 234 yards and weighing 78 grams.
Sample #2: Size 3 Short pair of mitts, was knit in Miss Babs Laurel Falls Sport in the Sea Dragon colorway using 138 yards and weighing 46 grams.
