Cori Eichelberger is a former high school English teacher for at-risk students, whom she also taught to knit. She has over 20 years experience teaching beginning knitting and technique classes.
Cori is also the co-author of Minnesota 52: 16 Knits Inspired by the Road. The book showcases 16 easy to knit, clever designs for knitters of all skill levels.
A women of many talents, Cori’s classes are extremely popular at yarn shops and retreats throughout the United States. She produces a YouTube podcast – “Irocknits” – where she inspires knitters to make beautiful sweaters.
While “Iroc” is Cori spelled backwards – she is definitely a forward looking person. Cori is known for her love of color and she enjoys knitting in her rocker recliner. Home is the southwest area of Minneapolis, with her husband, daughter, and a large chocolate labradoodle.
